We have already identified the root cause and are continuing to work on remediating the impact. Due to an internal issue, we were unable to meet our own Incident Response Requirements which require us to (hopefully) identify root cause/resolve the issue within 3-15 minutes of the start of an incident.
We are still working to resolve the ongoing issues and appreciate your patience.
